The selfish part of you wants to say FIGHT, fight to the end, we want you around a little longer.
The other part of you just needs/has to say, it's okay, it's okay to leave.
Larry often says "Brain cancer is exhausting".
In a moment of intense emotion last night he just said through tears, I'm ready to go. And for those who love him, it's hard to hear him say that. He is just so ready for his perfect healing whether it's here on earth or in Heaven.
I can't even begin to imagine how he must be feeling, or the emotions running through his body. I try to put myself in his shoes, but you just simply can't.
We continue praying for comfort for his mind, his body, his spirit.
And continue reminding him that it's okay.
1 Timothy 6:12
"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses".

Praying Lauren. What an amazing man he is - I am so sorry you have to be facing this as a family. Praying that you find peace and comfort in the days to come!
What a hand you all have been dealt. I know what you mean about wanting them to not be in pain, and saying it's ok to leave. We did that with my grandma and when she left, it was hard, but we knew she was in her Eternal Reward. I'm praying for you and yours.
Oh, I just started reading your blog days ago and I am already just hurting so much for you all! It has to be AMAZINGLY hard to hear those words from him, and yet no one can imagine how he just longs for eternal healing. His face just makes me smile. Can you imagine how our Heaveny Father sees him? SO much love...
Beyond beautiful picture lady.... So glad you guys had them done.
So sad...
My Pap died of a brain tumor when I was 8.
I miss him so much.
Praying for Larry, you, your Mom, and the rest of your family and loved ones.
