Let it snow (well kinda).....

Look what I woke up to this morning!!

Some of ya'll might be laughing... Okay, all of ya'll might be laughing.... But this is big for us Floridians.

It was supposed to be really cold and snow flurries were predicted. So I had some of my plants covered with sheets and this is snow on the sheets turned ice. None of it stuck where I'm at but in areas close by it did.

Humor me here, haha!!! :)

Happy Cold Saturday!!!

We were suppose to get at least an inch, but got about what you did. The worst of ours was the ice on the roads! Enjoy the snow!

It's exciting for us girls in the south to have snow, even if it's just a few flurries and doesn't stick. ;) It's such a novelty. Enjoy your Saturday!

I was like a kid at Christmas when I saw there was actually SNOW in the forecast.

I actually stayed up until 2:30 in the morning, hoping I'd see it, lol. Alas, I fell asleep and missed it.

Hey, when I lived in LA (lower Arkansas) I would liken our weather patterns to Florida, because that's about as much as we go in summer. Too bad you can't build a snowman out of it!

It's the same here in Dallas, any little bit of snow is so exciting! I grew up in Minneapolis so it can be kind of funny to watch how excited people get over a snowflake or two :)
