Another weekend gone too soon!

So guess I took a little bit of a break there, ha!

How is everyone doing?

Here we are back at Monday. February is flying… Hope this isn’t any indication of how the rest of the year is going to go, ha!

My weekend turned out to be a really good one!

Friday night my BFF Jill and I went to a David Crowder Band concert. It was so awesome and an incredible night of worship. I should start by saying no one should EVER leave it up to me for directions. I got the directions to the church off of Mapquest. It might help if I put in the correct city, ha! Yeah, leave it to me… so we had a lot of fun getting there. After the concert we ate at Macaroni Grille..YUM!! And coming on the way back home, forget it, it was like the blind leading the blind. You would think I had never driven Florida roads, LOL. BUT, we eventually made it home… later rather than sooner though, ha! It gave us a good laugh though and it’s all about making memories!

Then Saturday it was a no make-up day with no place to be. I ran a few errands and then I went and treated myself to a pedicure. Happy Valentine’s Day to me, ha! And then of course had to drop of a V-Day gift to my niece so I went over to my brother’s house later Saturday night to visit with them and ended up staying for dinner (I like to call that perfect timing, lol) and then watched How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. That movie NEVER gets old. Do ya’ll like it? It was so great to visit with them… And my niece is a proud new owner of 2 hamsters and she just got them on Saturday and she was so excited!! I'm so bummed I didn't get any pictures!! :(

Sunday I was able to meet Amanda, a blog friend, for the first time. She and her mother were down here visiting West Palm Beach from New Jersey. So I made the drive down there to go see her. It was such an incredibly nice time. The weather turned out to be beautiful, so we just sat by the pool and talked for the longest time. They treated me to lunch and dinner at Five Guys and we just had the best time visiting. There was no lack of conversation and it was like I was visiting someone I had known for ever. Thank you Amanda for having me. You were as sweet as I imagined you would be! can't wait to see you again! :)



It was a great way to spend Valentine’s being that I had no Valentine. But I spent yesterday knowing and feeling blessed as to how extremely loved I am and for that I am so grateful.
