A little warmness for the heart!

Being on my own, there's one thing among many that I miss, my Mom's cooking. It's something about the fact that she can take even the simpliest of things and make them taste incredible...

So I was tickled when I received this email yesterday, and it warmed my heart! Just like Soup, ha :)

I made my fiesta bean soup last night and have plenty left over of
course. I'm going to take (2) containers to granny's tonight on the way
home. One is for you. Please don't forget to pick it up. Have a great
day!

ILY!

Gotta love her!

Seriously, it's so great to know she still cares and thinks about my stomach! And I'll have to get this recipe for ya'll and share it. It's fabulous. I can live off of it for days!!!! :)

Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend! I plan on catching up with everyone in the blog world. Sunday we're celebrating my niece's birthday. She's going to be 4 years old this month, so hard to believe!

Yummy! Gotta love mom's cooking! I made my mom's Taco Soup last night. It may be the same recipe b/c it's got lots of beans in it and it is Y-U-M-M-Y!

Oh, Lauren, I have been on my "own" for several years and STILL miss my mom's cooking. How does she make everything look so easy, too?

There is just nothing like it. ; ) Enjoy your soup!
