When it's all said and done! (And a 100th post giveaway!)

So here we are at Monday and another Easter has come and gone and after the church services, great food, time with family and friends, and after time of reflection, we are thrust back into our daily routine. And who with a show of hands would agree that it’s easy to forget, or should I say easy to push back into the forethought of our minds what this past weekend was all about. I’m learning that what Jesus did on that cross and his resurrection should be celebrated all throughout the year and not just one day out of the 365 days that are given to us. So Jesus, I pray that I will always take each day to remember and reflect on the price you paid for me and the forgiveness and love that you have shown me in your resurrection and the promise that we have to spend eternity with you for all those that choose to believe! Thank you for the wonderful and beautiful day spent with my family!!

My mom, sister, and I spent a wonderful day with my brother and his family. It was also my sister-in-law's birthday yesterday, so that was special. We went to their church, which is a little country church and so cute, ha! It was nice all being together and of course, great food. Here are some pictures of our day! My camera died, so I didn't get any family pics dressed up for church :o( So this is what I got!

As you can see my eyes are really squinty because it was a beautiful day and the sun was out in full force for sure!
