Yesterday was GORGEOUS! Spent the day at the beach! Seriously, it was pure perfection.
And I was an idiot and now I'm paying for it dearly!

OMG LAUREN! You live in FL! You should know better!!!! The UV index was HIGH yesterday!!! I got fried real bad a few years back and ever since then I make sure I check the UV Index to see how much and how often I need to put sunscreen on. OUCH girl!!!
OH I am on fire for you!!! I bet it was perfect beach weather...but you are going to be in some serious pain this week! Ouch!!

This makes me crinnnggggge b/c I HATE being burned. I used to get burned ALL the time when I was younger and now I don't ever risk it, I use a ton of sunscreen and don't care ;)
Lauren!!!! That looks like it hurts so bad! Actually I know it does! I have been there before and I swore I would NEVER NEVER EVER do that again!
Oh Lauren, that has got to be painful. Plenty of Aloe Vera and lots of fluids!
