What's in a name??

Okay, so I just hung up the phone with a gentleman by the name of William Williams…..

Seriously?!?!?!?!

So I took it to Twitter and asked what interesting names people have come across.

Got some interesting ones:

Baby Girl Williams

Flossy Pillow

Precious Moments

Stephen Stevens

Rich Richardson

Carole Carrell

Just to name a few.

Do you have any to add of your own?

Just a little Thursday fun :)

And lastly, what are some parents thinking when naming their kids????

UPDATE:
Okay, so I've decided I'm going to have to give a little reward to the person who comes up with the best names. These are so great. My entertainment for today :)

Ooh, I could go all day with this list:

I know an April Showers. Poor thing.
Sunshine Moonbeam (went to kindy with her)
Rusty Razor (seriously)
My dad went to school with twins, prounouced ora-an-jew-lo, and lew-mon-jew-lo, but spelled? orange-jello, lemon-jello.
And my cousin's name is Octavia (means October is Greek, but still, who names their kid October?), and she named her kid? T-Rex. I wish I were joking. I refuse to call him that. :)

And I know so many more! Ha!

My last job was an ins. underwriter & I came across dozends of radical names daily. Everyone would come to me with their finds to add to my crazy name notebook I started. I wish I could think of just one to add to this, but my brain is too tired today. And my notebook was passed down to my successor. :)

Oh, thought of another one. My friend's mom is named Mary Merry. Which is like Mary Mary. I think just knowing that would be my name would completely turn me off from falling in love with a guy.

Johnny Johnson.
Twig Branch.

Have you watched Anne of Avonlea? The part where the girls are being mean to Anne, and giving her false names..."Wilma I. Ball", etc, etc. Might crack you up. ;-)

I worked in a college admissions office and there once was a girl named Belligerent Jackson. (Definition here: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/belligerent)

Also, there are kids at my kids' school named Santana and Mirax. VERY unusual.

Well This is fun! My name is Andrea, but everyone calls me Odie. Yes it comes form Garfield and Odie! When I was little I crawled everywhere, my hair in doggie ears, and my tongue hanging out. Dad tagged me as Odie and 23 years later I'm know as Odie! I like to think I'm unique LOL!! I have a cousin named Beverage, an aunt named Nanny, our family names I could go on forever.
