Wordless Wednesday w/ Food!

Was it the word "food" that got your attention?

Good :)

I bring you the French Toast Casserole.

Made it for this morning to bring into work for our brunch we're having.

8-10 pieces of white bread (tear apart)
12 eggs
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
2 c. milk

Cut crust off bread and cube (I don't cut the crust off). Add cream cheese cubes. Mix maple syrup, milk and eggs. Pour over bread. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Serve with warm maple syrup. And you can also make this the night before and refrigerate and stick it in the oven the next morning.

Sooooo good and so easy. Great for holidays or for any brunch!!

And not that this has to do with French Toast Casserole, but I'm wearing shoes way too big for me today just because they went with my outfit and look cute, ha. It's going to be a loooooooong day :)

So, not so Wordless Wednesday after all, ha!

This is one of my favorite recipes!! I am totally going to post about it too when I have some reason to make it...haha!

My problem is usually wearing shoes that are too tight :)
