I was really leaning towards getting them.
So then I was talking to my mom, and I asked her whether she thought I should get them or not. I think I was secretly hoping she'd talk me out of it. I know with my budget I didn't need to do this. But I kept justifying it in my mind by thinking to myself, I hardly ever do anything just for myself. You know what I mean?
Why is it we always want what we really don't need? I really do have wonderful nails that are in no need of acrylics, ha! I just think they're pretty and love the way they look.
My mom told me I would just regret it and I knew if I were to get them I'd later complain about having to upkeep them.
So, are you an acrylics girl or are you just keepin it real?
Because you know, this is important stuff now, ha!
But as for me, I've decided, I'm just keepin it real :)

I keep it real! :) I have had acrylics a few times, but the upkeep is always too much. Instead I splurge every now and then on a pedicure...now that is worth it! :)

I wore acrylics for about 3 years straight... & man oh man - it was a MESS... when those babies came off, my nails were like sheer paper! HORRIBLE! It totally messed my nails up & it took years for them to get healthy again!

I've had acrylics a few different times, I always end up taking them off due to upkeep, cost, and just wanting my natural nails back. Acrylic messes up your real nails so bad! Your's look great!!!
I keep it real too! I had acrylics in high school a few times but it's so expensive!
I keep it real. I got them once and couldn't function with them. Regular old manis for me!
Ugh! Girlfriend, I had acrylics on for my wedding and thought I actually loved them and would keep them until I realized how hard they were to maintain! And then, when I finally decided to remove them, it was the BIGGEST pain in the butt! I have beautiful natural nails and it has taken them 3 months to get back to normal! Never again, my lady! :)

Back when I was single, I used to get them done a few times or so, but since I've been married and such I could care less what my hands look like. lol
I keep it real, all though I am thinking about just glueing the fake one's on just to see if I like them or not. Cheaper.
I hate acrylic nails :-) not that I've ever had them actually . . . haha
I hate food, hair products, etc under nails so eww to acrylics! Your real deal nails are beauties!
I would love for real nails that looked that good! Mine look like dainty mechanic hands with cracked cuticles and worn down nails. Lucky girl!

Keep it real! I hesitate to say this because it is not true for everyone, but...I think acrylics look trashy. When my sister got them I joked to her that they were "stripper nails." Gels look slightly better, but I am all for the real thing. ;)

i had acrylics forever and the upkeep is so spendy and it ruins your nails.
I am an Acrylic girl. Without them I feel like I have man hands lol. But not having them saves alot of money good thing you have nice natural nails =D

I can't stand acrylics. They do look really nice, but I get them, and a week or less later, I'm ripping them off and damaging my real nails. No thanks. Yours look great!
