Okay, now I might be mistaken but it totally looks like I'm walking around advertising that I'm #1, does it not? Apparently the lady failed to let me know in what I got they don't offer my initial in a capital letter so I got the lower case, and if my initial was anything but an "L" I would have been fine...
But I'm not that big headed and I'm not #1.... haha!!
Apparently the company will not let me send it back to get something else....

And not only that, but look at this...
Totally glued on people, and totally coming off!
Not happy, and believe it or not, it was not cheap!
So I'm going to take it to a local store here and have it monogrammed, and have the monogrammed stitched and NOT glued.
My question is, should I stick with just my first initial or do LKN, you know with the K for my last name being bigger in the middle?
What do you think? Or do you have any other ideas??

I always say go for the full monogram. Since my first and last name now have the same initial I go full.

I would press the company further for a refund. Not only is the initial not what you wer expecting, but its CHEAPLY MADE.
Aw, that's really too bad it was so cheaply made. At least you don't have to be number one anymore though!

OMG... that is too funny! Just looking at the picture - I thought it was the number 1... I guess its a good thing it just peeled off... but BOO beause I know anything like that isnt cheap!!!

Whoa...let me just say that, being the OVERLY opinionated and have NO problem speaking EXACTLY how I feel about ANY situation, I would be super torked. I mean, COME ON?!?! That is just NOT cool.
I honestly can't believe that the company won't do anything about it. Seriously...that is just WRONG. Remind me to NEVER, EVER purchase anything from them. Have you told them the stinkin' monogrammed letter is a total FAKE...and it PEELS OFF quite easily. Oh boy, can you tell that I've been with my KIDS ALL DAY long with NOOOOOOOOO break until just now?!?!?! Huh, huh...can you, can you?!? ;)
Anyway, sorry about that. It felt great to vent!

P.S. Knowing all you know about law and such...are you sure there isn't ANYTHING you can do? I know, I thought I was done with the whole purse thing, but apparently NOT!! :)

I think you should totally contact the company (or the purse demonstrator) and see if you can at least get a refund on it. It's really bad if they won't do it - especially since most products out there have guarantee's on them.
But after that I agree - get the LKM. :)
